Centering myself early on to brace for the day ahead…

Do you ever wake up and just know it’s going to be one of those days? This morning I was feeling it, big time. So, after a quick cardio session downstairs at the gym, I came upstairs, lit a lavender candle and sat down to meditate for a little while. I could use a little centering. It wasn’t long, but it was so worth it to take that little bit of time for myself.

I’ll probably need to do it again later, as I’m already feeling a bit off kilter. I shouldn’t have turned on the news. Ughhh. I picked these black striped Andrew Christian briefs out of the bin today to put on. They are so comfortable and so easy to wear. Love the Almost Naked pouch and they are so easy to wear and look great under my jeans.
