So, it’s not gloomy today in Manhattan, it’s just colder than average. Which had me reaching for a basic blue flannel button down and a pair of grey khakis. Not much colour in the wardrobe, so I decided I’d add the rainbow of colour underneath with these great striped briefs from Baskit. I picked them up a while ago when I got an email that they were on sale for like $12. Not sure when I signed up for the Baskit emails, but apparently I have. I don’t get them daily, so I can’t complain about that. But when I saw these for that price, I said, you just gotta give them a try. 
I’ve been upsizing with Baskit lately, as the 100% cotton tends to shrink after a wash or two and the last thing you want is rainbow stripes shrink wrapping your goodies. Other than the upsize, these are a great pair of briefs. They are low rise, so they sit lower on the waist, which I love. The colourful stripes are amazing and I really like the flair they add to my otherwise boring outfit – even if nobody sees them but me.
