Feeling it…

So I saw the trainer for the first time on Monday, hit the gym on Tuesday and Wednesday and then saw the trainer again today, and now I’m just feeling sore. The trainer has me on a new routine and is really pushing me. I’ve set new goals for myself – I want to be down to 150lbs by the end of the year and less than 10% bodyfat. That means pushing myself at the gym and keeping careful track of my diet…this will be a challenge, but I really want to meet these goals!
