It’s time to report out the latest poll results, and I have to tell you they’re a bit shocking. I’m well and truly surprised to be honest. I wasn’t expecting it to pan out this way.
So we asked: What is the dominant Style in your collection? We gave you a all the standard options as choices, and what’s the most shocking to me is the top choice. 63 of you voted in the last month and here’s the breakdown of your votes:
Coming in dead last with 1.59% (1 vote) is tighty whiteys. Right after that Boxers came in with 3.17% (2 votes) of the vote. Neither of those really surprise me as I figured our astute and vast readership would have them both in the last two slots.
Coming in joint 6th place are two different options each garnered 4.76% (3 votes each) of the vote – Commando and String Bikinis. They’re such different options I’m surprised they tied.
For me our 5th place vote getter is a bit shocking, but I’m super excited to see it where it ranks, as it means that you, our sexy readers are really comfortable in yourselves and willing to take some risks. With 6.35% (4 votes) of the vote it was panties.
Joint 4th is another mix of styles – 3 of them to be honest. With 7.94% (5 votes each) were trunks, boxer-briefs and jocks. While trunks and boxer-briefs aren’t too different other than length, jocks are a whole other style by contrast.
As we get into our top vote getters, 47 of the 63 total votes were for our top three categories. Third place with 22.22% (14 votes) of the vote was bikinis. A staple in my collection and a go to style.
Runner-up status, with 23.81% (15 votes) of the vote was briefs – colours. I’m happy to see that if you lot are wearing briefs, it isn’t tighty whiteys. These are another big part of my collection, so I’m not surprised.
Our top style however was the shocking bit for me. By now, I’m sure you’ve worked it out, but with 28.57% (18 votes) of the vote, which represents as many votes as the bottom 6 voted styles, combined was Thongs/G-Strings. While I love them and I know a bunch of you are wearing them, I’m really excited to see them as our absolute top voted style in your collections.
I was commando myself on Thursday as I ran around the apt and my building – hitting the gym in my tights, doing laundry and getting packed to head overseas, yes, again. Friday was my flight to the UK and I pulled out these sexy HOM string bikinis in bright blue. Got them from a friend in the UK, so figured it was fitting.
Saturday and Sunday were all about comfort, especially since my lower back was feeling like it was in a vice. I’ve still managed to get up and do some cardio (although not as much as I’d like) and some Yoga, which seemed to help a bit. Saturday saw me in these blue Andrew Christian briefs with a sexy Almost Naked pouch. Super comfy to wear for a bit of a lazy wander around the city. Today it’s a pair of Cell Block 13 briefs. I loved the colouring on these with the big contrast between the black and blue. I’m not a fan of the puffy logo on the waist band, and to be honest the tags are a bit annoying and scratching at me. Not a fan so far.
