Accent colours can make or break anything, to be fair. But on something as small as a pair of briefs, if you don’t do them right, they’re not worth doing. I mean really. Over the years, I’ve had my fair share of briefs where they got the accent colours all wrong. In every way. This pair is different. I feel like this is a pair that wins.
When I first started getting into underwear, 2xist was one of those brands that made my heart flutter. Then, everyone started to wear them, even the straight guys in the locker room, and I moved onto other brands. I’ve gone back here and there over the years with some success. They’re a brand I definitely keep an eye on. This pair came to me from my friend in the UK – he was kind enough to have worn them for me first. What really drew me to them was the accent colours though. Otherwise, these would just be a boring pair of grey briefs, and how many of those can you have?
With the sexy accent colours on both the waistband and amongst the brief your eye is just drawn in. You’re led to the contrast between the steel grey and the bright green accent. They swoop in and provide contrast and curves where there would otherwise be none. That’s what makes them.
