ughhh…

I feel like I’ve put on some weight since I’m not able to get to the gym. I can run and I can use the bands, but it’s not the same thing. My schedule is way off, and I get up early to run but don’t always get to use the bands…don’t always get great workouts in, and then go off to work for hours at a time – get home late and check email and then just go to sleep to start over again. I am keeping tabs on my eating, but I don’t feel like that’s enough right now. The jeans still fit and they aren’t tight, so I know I’m okay, but I still feel fat.
