As a child of the 80’s I know of what I speak. We were surrounded by pastels. It was the era of parachute pants, Z Cavariccis, yuppies and pastels. Lots and lots of pastels. I wore my fair share, usually as popped collar polo shits or sweaters.
These are a pair of string bikinis from Modus Vivendi (for Cheap Undies) and I have them in three or four colours. All pastels. This is a particularly fun pair in yellow and light blue. They’re a nice mesh which is really breathable and super easy to wear.
