so, whilst I was teaching myself to run, I ended up getting Achilles Tendonitis and my right ankle is still in a bit of pain, so I’ve not been able to even lift for a week and a half now. No cardio, no lifting, not much of anything, and it’s killing me! I feel fat and gross and out of shape! It’s not pretty. I can’t wait to get back to working out! I am hoping that things are cleared and my ankle feels better by Friday so I can get a session in with the trainer and then some cardio over the weekend!
