Cardio

so it was cardio day at the gym today.  I lifted on Monday and will again on Wednesday, so Tuesday is my cardio only day.  I do cardio after I lift too, but Tues and Thurs the focus is solely on cardio.  I usually spin, but there are only a few bikes that I like at the gym.  The ones that feel like a real bike – not sure that makes sense to everyone.  Anyway, my bikes, usually free and people follow patterns and schedules like they do on commuter trains about taking peoples seats/bikes, etc…but my bikes were all taken?  I had to do cardio on the Precor.  What was that about?  I guess it’s good to spice things up a bit and not get into too much of a routine…
