Saturday workouts

there was a time when I went to the gym on a Saturday and it was packed.  I only do cardio on the weekends, but still.  There are not as many people at the gym anymore on the weekends.  It’s not right after the holiday, and the resolutions have been given up I guess.

I spent a half an hour on the bike and managed to rack up a burn of 410 calories and put in 11.25 miles in that time.  I’m pretty proud of myself for that.  It’s an increase from my last half hour session, and they all increase some, so that’s not a bad thing!
