We’ve come a long, long way together…and it has been a long road to hope for us all to actually get to this point. So many things are coinciding today, and I feel hopeful. Democracy has held, huge sigh of relief on that one. Wasn’t (if I’m honest) sure on that one. We’ve also seen the first doses of the COVID vaccine go out today to some very brace front line workers. There is hope on the horizon.
While it’s been rocky in the last several years, it is always the long road to hope that lets me stay cheery and upbeat – this has made me happier than I’ve been in a while. Nothing will ever go back to the “way it was” and normal will be something new, but we are on our way. I was in this pair of purple Andrew Christian briefs today with a glitter and gold waistband. They’re both fun and functional and I’m so happy I picked them for today.
