Sleep cycles are all kinds of screwed up these days…

We’re almost a year in. A year into working from home (most of the time), surviving a pandemic and trying to keep life somewhat normal. I have always had issues with sleep and insomnia. My sleep cycles have a great impact on my life in general, so I try to keep things even. I don’t like to take meds for sleep. Most of the over the counter stuff makes me groggy for far longer than it should and some of the RX stuff I’ve tried isn’t great for me being on a schedule either.

It’s been good for so long, I was hopeful that the challenges of living through a pandemic and living and working in the same place – despite any space you have or don’t, we are all living and working in the same space and that means that there is a blur between personal and professional. It was bound to impact my sleep cycles sooner rather than later. It has – I’ve been falling asleep, but then waking up only two or three hours later and having trouble falling back to sleep, and then tired when I wake up again.

Sleep cycles aside, I’ve done my best to keep up with my daily activities and now that work is done and I’m in relaxation mode, it is time to update the blog before I start on dinner. I’m also still wearing sexy undies and trying to keep up with jockstraps on Wednesday and thongs on Thursdays. I’m in this sexy little blue marbled N2NBodywear thong for today. It’s all cotton, super soft, great pouch and so easy to wear all day long.
