so, in life, like in football, the object is to get to the goalposts, figuratively or metaphorically speaking. Sometimes, in life you have to re-adjust where your goalposts are in life and what goals you are setting for yourself. I’ve re-adjusted mine recently to re-align my fitness goals to a desired body type. I just lost almost 2% of body fat in two weeks, and would like to get down to 10% or less body fat, and a nice flat stomach with a better defined chest and arms. Those are my new goal posts – now it’s time to see if I can hit them!
