Gymwear…

So I got this question randomly from my ask me anything page, and I figured I would make it the blog entry for the day…
Should you change your undies after the gym, and wear a special pair for the gym to with special faric?
Well, it’s a personal preference thing, but I don’t wear the same underwear to work out in that I’ve worn all day. I bring a pair with my workout clothes to change into for my work out. I can put the ones I’ve worn all day back on after. You don’t really want to keep the same sweaty pair of underwear you’ve worked out in on for a long period of time. If you’re actually at the gym to work up a sweat and work out and not just hang about the floor or in the sauna/steam room, then you’ll want a pair of underwear to wear that lets your skin breath and wicks the moisture away. You also want to make sure that you are comfortable and supported wearing them. If they are a breathable material and wick the moisture away, but they are a style that makes you uncomfortable, it’s not going to do you any good. Make sure you feel supported and comfortalbe in the style you pick and then worry about the material is my suggestion. The worst that could happen is the underwear making you feel awkward while you’re working out. No good! Whatever your stile – bikinis, thongs, jockstrap, briefs, boxerbriefs, compression shorts, etc – you can find the right workout underwear! The important thing is to keep moving and working out!
here’s the black Cue Underwear I have on today…it’s ergonomically correct and supposedly more comfortable.  I’ll let you know at the end of the day if that’s true.
