I wrote about it last week, but I was sick for most of last week. I worked out last Monday, and then got sick, and hadn’t worked out since until tonight. I wanted to make up for not seeing the trainer last Friday and for the in-activity, so I scheduled an extra session with the trainer for last night in addition to my Friday one. WOW. That was a kick in the pants to get myself back into the swing of things. I was sore in my legs all day today. It’s what I needed though to get back on track. Totally!
