so, I had my weekly meeting with my trainer after work today. It’s been going well, and we finally figured out a cardio regime for me to follow. Turns out I am going to be upping my cardio intensity but spending less time on the machine, for now. It’s all about dropping the percentage of body fat right now. So, the up in cardio in addition to a very cardio based routine of weights will hopefully do that quickly and then I can move on to body shaping! =)
