Every week it seems like Monday comes quicker and quicker, and the week takes longer and longer to get back to Friday. This week was no exception as the week seemed to drag on and on, but Friday is finally here. I had a session with a new trainer this evening after work, and he put me through the paces to see if we would be a good fit for each other. So far, so good. Have booked another session, so we’ll see how that one goes and make a decision about going forward.
