If you have not quite grokked it yet, blue is my favorite color. That being said, I’ve never really been a boxer wearing person. I think it looks amazing on others, and I have a soft spot in my heart for boys in boxers, but they’re just not practical for me. They ride up, they’re not too great in tighter jeans, and there is no support down south.
All of the above is required for me to begin talking about the Male Power Boxers that I will review today.
I’m not sure what magic they pulled, but these are quite simply the best boxer shorts I’ve ever worn. Full Stop.
They are extremely comfortable, and just seem to float around my body. Additionally, something about the front cut shows hints of package in a way that I’m not used to with boxers. But really, the best part is the back end of things.
These boxers hang off my butt like magic curtains. I believe it has to do something with bamboo, but I can’t imagine how they made it into something so soft. I spent an unconscionable length of time parading about the place and checking out my backside in the mirror. Although I’m more likely to be found wearing a jockstrap out on the town (especially for some of the events that require *ahem* less clothing), these might easily be brought out as a modest-yet-not-modest alternative.
As a reminder, our ratings scale is:
- Flirting Material: It fits okay, really great to wear out for a short amount of time.
- Hookup Material: The fit is much better, sits well and wears well, but might not be comfortable for all day wear.
- Dating Material: The fit is great, sits well, accentuates the positives and wears really well – suitable for all day wear.
- Match Made in Heaven: You love the fit, you love the style, best undies you’ve worn in years and will be part of your regular wear.
In the case of these boxers, I am definitely giving it a Match Made in Heaven. These boxers made me appreciate boxers once again after casting them aside for boxer briefs and jockstraps. That takes quite the accomplishment in underwear engineering. Thank you Male Power for the opportunity to review your product, and for renewing my faith in boxers!
