Fitness Challenge: Pull Up Twist!

Hey all,

Again, I apologize for being late this week. This month and the beginning of next month are really crazy times at school, so sometimes I forget what day it is. Or my name. Or any number of things!

The twist for our pull up challenge is simply to twist the grip! By changing hand grip so that your palms are now facing you, this becomes a chin up. Chin ups are fantastic exercises that target those wing-like muscles under your arms.
