well, I had a very restless night of sleep last night. I fell asleep and woke up and then fell asleep and woke up. It was bad. I rolled out of bed at 8 something and I was aching all over, I mean all over. I got showered and ready for work and went into the office. I went to see the folks at the clinic at work, got some different meds and was pretty much sent home. So I went home and spent the afternoon relaxing. I was lazy on the couch just watching television. I didn’t go to the gym. I listened to my body and it was telling me to just stop. It’s been a rough few weeks for my workouts – more on that tomorrow in my update. Part of being a better athlete though is listening to my body. I need the rest. I’m typing this post up as I finish watching the Biggest Loser (it is a guilty pleasure) and then it’s a bit of light reading and then bed. I wasn’t feeling the greatest this morning, but that didn’t mean I couldn’t look good. I pulled these 2xist Speed No Show briefs out of the drawer this morning and threw them on. I loved the colour and the little shock of pink in them…set it off nicely.
