Fitness Challenge – Week 1

Okay, I’m an over-achiever and you might not hear from the rest of the boys about the challenge until next week, but I wanted to see what the challenge was all about. I had gone to the gym yesterday after work, but I came home and read the challenge and saw the exercises and decided that I was going to give it a go. I usually do abs or squats during alternating commercial breaks anyways, so I figured 15 minutes of the challenge would be a good alternative.

I’m not going to give away how many of each exercise I did yet, I’ll fill you in on that next week when I talk about the progress that I’ve made this week. I’ll be able to talk about where I started and where I am that way.

All in all the challenge was more difficult than I anticipated (or I am even cockier than I thought). Thanks Shaun for a great start to our Fitness Challenge!

I’m sharing just how far I’ve come in the last year. Sometimes I don’t see it when I look in the mirror – everything looks the same, but when I see it in comparison pictures, I see the difference completely!
