WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED BUYING YOUR OWN UNDERWEAR, HOW OLD WERE YOU?

So I am trying to really remember when I first started buying my own underwear.  I know I had a fascination with underwear from a young age.  I was always attracted to the colored briefs, skimpy bikinis and such early on.  I was probably in my young teens when I started sharing my interest in them with my parents and convincing them to buy them for me.  For years, it would be pretty common for me anytime we went to a store with Men’s clothing and underwear to go on a hunt for some new underwear and pick some out.

As I am sure we all were, I was obsessed with the Undergear catalog.  I was able to convince my mom to start ordering stuff for me from them when I was in high school….bikinis, speedos, and eventually even thongs.  She was so cool for not caring and just letting me do my thing.

I cannot actually pinpoint exactly when I started buying my own underwear since I was lucky enough to have my mother buy all the hot sexy stuff I wanted and picked out.  My guess is that I started buying my own underwear and paying for it in college.  I continued to order from Undergear catalog and similar places, and I also discovered Frederick’s of Hollywood at a local mall.  Back then, they offered a huge selection of tiny thongs and g-strings for men.  A huge rack or two with dozens and dozens of styles.

I loved them because they were really cheap, usually offered a 4 for $$ something deal, and had so many fun fabrics and prints.  And they were miniscule……my g-string obsession really kicked in then.  I would wear tiny little pouches and strings under anything!  The blue and red g-strings below from Undergear are reminiscent of the style and brevity of them.  I sadly did not keep any of the several Frederick’s g-strings I owned over the years.

So I definitely was lucky enough to be able to fuel my obsession and fetish for underwear from an early age, and it has only grown for sure.  Now I love to go to little fun underwear shops where I can pick out stuff right in front of me, possibly try it on…..and still love to buy online what I cannot find locally.  I still love my thongs, but have hardly worn little g-strings much anymore.  I think my jockstrap obsession took over in recent years 😉  Some of my favorite brands today are Nasty Pig, N2N, Andrew Christian, and Obviously.
