Fitness Challenge Update – Week 5 – Blake

As I mentioned before, I have no gym membership, which means I’ve been restricted to the small gym in my building. Which means I have to get creative for some workouts. Shaun’s butt werqout, included.

I’ve had to utilize the stairwell in my building. Luckily, the only time people use it during the winter is to smoke, which is inhibitive to exercise as well – but I digress. I haven’t yet mastered this exercise and will continue to push it in my regular routine (as long as there’s fresh air in the stairwell). For motivation, I listen to Big Freedia’s, “Booty Whop,” which is absolutely ridiculous – in a good way.

Other than that, I’ve been keeping my regular routine. Trying to increase weights. Working out four days a week. Still seeing results, but I feel like I’m plateau-ing, which means I need to get it turnt up. Here’s another progress shot taken right after a workout – legs are slooowly getting toned.
