So I’ve been doing crossfit for about a month now and I’m honestly so happy with my results. I do my best to go 4-5 times a week but ideally I’d like to be going 5-6. That’sĀ been my goal as well as introducing more cardio to my regimen.
So I have been going on runs in the mornings to increase my stamina and endurance. My overall goal is just to be in good enough health to feel comfortable at a beach in a speedo.
Is that too much to ask? I hope not. Once I reach my goal weight I will be doing an underwear shoot with a friend of mine.
That will be one of my motivators. Well this is me one month in cant wait to update you guys in the weeks that follow.
