
It’s #healthyhumpday here on the blog, so I’m going to divulge a bit of my fitness journey. I have been hitting the gym regularly, and even had a session with a personal trainer, and am hoping to have a few more PT sessions in the coming weeks. It isn’t an area I’m comfortable with, but if it will help me move along, I’m happy to break out of my comfort zone. I’m still plugging along, and I’m happy to say that this hotel in London has a decent gym, so I’ve been going regularly and keeping up my daily move goals on the Apple Watch – I do love the fitness tracker it has. How’s everyone else doing with their personal fitness goals? We’d love to hear!
