Over the lifetime of this blog I have posted at all hours – morning noon and night. When I travel it makes those hours look even more insane, but I try my best to post consistently. These days it is coffee and underwear that start my morning. I get up, hit the gym in my building – this morning I ran 2.5 miles in 30 minutes – and then come upstairs to make coffee and shower. Once I’m dressed I finish and dress it is time for coffee and underwear here with all of you lovely people. 
I like the routine of it all and get to ensure that my post is up. Also nice to finish my coffee without having to RUSH out the door. The relaxation of finishing some thoughts and my cuppa before I really start the work of the day. I’m awake and energized from the workout and shower and ready to conquer the world (after the caffeine kicks in of course). Today it’s a pair of Navy Andrew Christian tighty whitey punk’d briefs from the TBD pile. I like the colours of yesterday’s better, but the fit and feel of today’s wins out over the two.
