This one is going up relatively late, for my standards. I started my day 5 hours ahead of my hometown time. It was an early one with a trip to the gym and then breakfast in the hotel restaurant before a short cab ride to Heathrow for a 10am arrival to catch my flight to LAX. I know that JFK-LHR is considered a long haul flight, but it’s really not. Trust me, I’ve been long haul before.
Heathrow to Singapore is a long haul flight clocking in at just under 15 hours. LAX to Sydney is a long haul flight clocking in at almost 16 hours and crossing the international date line. Heathrow to LAX is up there, it clocks in at almost 11 hours and even flying at the front of the plane it’s a much longer flight from Heathrow than I’m accustomed and used to. But here I am in La La Land…bidding my time for a few days and I’m now exhausted as it’s after 7PM here, after 10PM in NYC and after almost two weeks in the UK my body thinks it is 3AM. Time for bed. Had these super easy to wear and colourful Andrew Christian briefs on today from the LOVE line…where proceeds get donated to various LGBT charities…so a feel good purchase.
