LA is full of pretty people, but apparently in January when it’s only 55-60F they bundle up as if it’s frigid. Whereas I on the other hand am out and about in the sunshine in only my tshirt and button down and loving life. It is frigid and cold back home in NYC and it has been cold the entirety of my stay in the UK…so I’ll take the sunshine however I can get it.
Jet lag has been interesting. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I put my head down last night and promptly passed out by 9PM local time. I just couldn’t keep my eyes open anymore. I was a bit worried that I would be up at an ungodly hour like 4 am, but I slept clean through until 630, which is early, but in the grand scheme of things, not too early. Some time spent in the gym and then slowly getting myself ready and I was off the the offices in LA. Driving to work is a whole new level of a commute for me. Was in this Andrew Christian unicorn jock today…comfort and whimsy all in one garment!
