so…plans are made to be broken, and changed, and flow. I was at the gym earlier today and I was feeling very shaky and faint about halfway through my routine, so I ended things early, without doing biceps or triceps and without doing my half hour of cardio at the end. I planned on having dinner with some friends in town tonight, but one ended up having to head home earlier than expected. Plans should be flexible, like a good pair of underwear!
