Fitness Challenge – Introduction: RWraith55

Hey boys! Hope all is well with everyone as this new year gets underway. A number of the boys and I here at undies101 and I as well as a few outside friends will be taking on a unique opportunity in the next few weeks/months. We will be participating in a fitness challenge. 

I have always felt that staying in shape was key to many things not only to be healthy but to feel good about yourself. But as many of us will admit to we don’t always do what we say. So even though my current progress has been going well I wanted to take part in something that will continue to kick me in my fat ass and get me to reach the goals I want faster. 

And what goals might you think those are, well….

I have always felt that I needed to lose weight and to tone up. I seem to be able to put the “bad” weight on faster than lose it. So I think weight loss is still a big factor for me but I want to restate that by saying fat loss. Its not about weight loss as it is about trimming the fat and replacing with muscle. I am progressing pretty well. But I know that I can do better and do more in the coming weeks. 

In addition to the fat loss I want to gain muscle in my arms and chest and make my legs stronger. And like any guy would say, it would be great to see some abs at some point. I don’t expect miracles but I will take all I can get.  

Below is a picture of me from November 2012 when I got back into a stronger gym routine. Also worth noting that at the beginning of Dec 2012 I also started switching over my diet. I have been trying the Paleo Diet out. During the holidays wasn’t too easy and hell currently its still a pain in the ass. And I will honestly admit to cheating here and there. Which isn’t really helpful I know, but that is life. I will continue to push myself to stick with this diet and continue to see the progress I am looking for. 


I hope that you all will gleam something from all of us taking part in this challenge and maybe even join us in it. Undies101 is all about underwear and gear but it has always been about being comfortable wearing the undies you love no matter what. I hope that in the end I will feel even better about myself sporting the jocks and the thongs I love to wear. And even better, the speedos for the summer of 2013.

  1. Hey hot stuff! Looking forward to working our asses off together! =) It took me a month or two before the Paleo/modified Paleo I follow to just become second nature…there’s hope!
