Fitness Challenge Intro – Jeffrey

Hi, I’m Jeffrey and have been reading Undies101 for a several months now.  I’m very excited about the fitness challenge and taking it to an extreme level. I have been an underwear and gear aficionado for many years, and simply would like to look better in them. My favorites are low cut boxer briefs, jockstraps, and I must admit that I love singlets.
My primary goals are to lose more weight, flatten out my stomach, and continue to build muscle, especially in my upper body.  I have been lifting weights and jogging since mid-2012, and have seen some decent results the past several months. I’m looking for more!
I have always had a “built” body, that beefy football player look. In fact, a decade ago I actually weighed 60+ pounds more than I do today, and losing it many years ago was an awesome achievement. Thankfully, I have worked hard not to gain it back, but know I still have some work to do to attain what I will call my ideal body physique, which would be a more muscular and toned look. 
My current routine as of the first of year has been to do some cardio at least 30 to 45 minutes every day, such as jogging, swimming, or the elliptical machine, as well as to lift weights 6 times per week, alternating between upper and lower body. Again, I am looking forward to participating in the fitness challenge!
